The SURELIA CMB – 35 Attachment type Concrete Mixing Bucket is specially designed for intensive site works. This Bucket can be attached to any Front End Loader, Backhoe Loader or Tele Handler. Also it can be used as simple bucket.
This cost-effective attachment can mix a variety of materials like concrete for the small construction job, mortar for the builder, sub-base material for foot pads and driveways or special soil for the landscaper.
Its compact size makes it ideal hard-to-reach or limited-access areas.
It can be self-loaded like a normal bucket or filled from above through the protection grill.
Once the needed mixture get ready, it is possible to unload it anywhere, also from high positions through hydraulically operated discharge gate at the bottom of the bucket.
Features
Chain driven Auger: The high torque hydraulic motor power is transmitted through the chain to the auger inside the bucket. The trustworthy and sturdy chain is enclosed within the frame of bucket.
Bi-directional mixing auger: It help to reach all area of the bucket for effective mixing and dispensing direct material out of the bucket.
Cement bag cutter: Fitted into the hinged grate cover on the top of bucket help bagged material to easily be added into the bucket.
Hydraulic discharge gate: Operated from the cabin of machine, the hydraulic door opens for material to be easily discharged at the location in need.
Cutting frame: Fitted on the front of the mixing bucket allows the bucket to load raw material without any addition.
Adaptable dispensing: Easily attached to the discharge gate, Available rigid or flexible chute.
Easy Installation: Two quick releases hydraulic hose and one 12 Volt electric connection prewired with bucket allow the operator to quickly change from one machine to another.
